Typical usage tests show our Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) are able to decrease the power consumption of a portable device by up to 30 per cent. In 2010, Dialog shipped over 200 million PMICs, every single one of which contributes energy savings to the environment.
Our power saving technologies are not just confined to PMICs. We apply the same low power, energy efficient design principles to all aspects of IC design. This includes for example our high definition stereo audio ICs which deliver crystal clear audio at unprecedented ultra-low power making Smartphones last longer between charges.
Outside of portable devices, we are also reducing the energy consumption of in-building lighting with our lighting controller ICs.
